Upon Rintaro's confrontation towards Ren and Meru, Ayane and her friends were arriving to the now ruined Heavenly Arts Coliseum. Ren told Rintaro that they returned to the academy was because the Battle Royale bothered her. Nevertheless, Meru asked Rintaro regarding his decision to be the [[Dragons|Dragon]] (which stunned Ayane and friends), to which the boy replied that whilst he found fighting maybe fun, he couldn't accept the fact the duels that dragging bystanders to unwanted consequences, so he resolved to be the Dragon in order to change the academy's ways. Even as they were impressed by his resolution, Ren informed Rintaro that he needed to prove that resolve by fighting against both Meru and herself, which Rintaro accepted without hesitation. The brawl quickly ensured where two alumni somehow overpowered Rintaro in amazing feat of power and speed, seemly wearing the boy down but he survived the attack. As two legends proceed to attack Rintaro, who was guarding himself from the attacks, the boy decided to go all out by building up his power, prompting the girls also to unleash their best technique as well.
