Volume 1
I think chapter 6 is the end of Volume 1. Because Chapter 7 celebrates the manga's first Volume, which means that chapter 7 is released after Volume 1. So I think we should put Chapter 7 into Chapters not et in Tankobon format.

Chapter Summaries
